Quarterly Giving Recipients
Kingwood Solar is committed to generating the maximum positive impact on the local community in Greene County. We believe American-made energy projects should deliver lasting benefits to the communities that host them. That’s why we have already invested more than $100,000 in Greene County through local nonprofits, youth programs, and conservation initiatives. The project contributes quarterly awards to local organizations to create a stronger and more connected community. Learn more about our previous recipients by clicking the button below.
Applicant Criteria:
The non-profit organization or group must be based in Greene County or serve the people of Greene County.
The non-profit organization or group’s intent must benefit the people or institutions of Greene County.
Any awarded funds must be used exclusively in support of programs, efforts, or events directly related to Greene County.
The non-profit organization or group must be a registered entity with Ohio and provide proof of a W9 tax form.
Guidelines:
Funds will be awarded quarterly.
Application deadlines are as follows: February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15.
Applications submitted that do not get awarded may resubmit for consideration the following quarter. All applicants may request funds as often as needed.
The winners and awarded amounts will be chosen at the discretion of Kingwood staff.
