Throughout development of the Kingwood Solar project, and in accordance with Ohio Power Siting Board statutory criteria, the Vesper Energy and Project team have successfully conducted all applicable studies, consultations, plans, and other due diligence. Our goal is to ensure not only that all regulatory criteria has been met, but that Kingwood Solar is going above and beyond to be a good corporate citizen of Greene County and Ohio.
This check list demonstrates what Kingwood Solar has conducted and incorporated for siting a responsible solar farm in Ohio. Based on merit and statutory criteria, this project should be awarded a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need from the OPSB.
